How do I know when my order is on it’s way?

As soon as we dispatch your items, we will notify you via email to let you know that the order is on it’s way to you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel your order once it has gone through the system.

 

What payment methods do you use?

We accept most credit/debit cards and PayPal for payments.  We do not accept cheques, cash or payment over the phone.  All orders must be paid for before dispatch.

How do I get in touch with someone at WOBUK?

For all customer, wholesale and press enquiries, please email us at sales@wobuk.co.uk and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

When will my order be shipped?

Shipping times depends on the delivery option you have selected.  It usually starts when your item(s) have left our distribution center. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Will I have to pay customs fees or duty??

If you are ordering items from WOBUK from outside the UK, you may be liable to pay customs fees.  Unfortunately, we’re unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges.

Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?

Yes, we do deliver outside of the UK.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days and delivery can take up to 2 days after that.  Dispatch is subject to availability.  We will notify you if any of the items you have purchased is unavailable or in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order for whatever reason.

How do I return an item?

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your items to us as per our Returns Policy  here.
